Court of B&H rejects appeals: Elections in Srebrenica and Doboj will be repeated

The Court of B&H rejected all appeals to the decisions of the Central Election Commission of B&H on the annulment of the elections in Srebrenica and Doboj, and the decision on the impossibility of taking over the mandate for the mayor of Travnik.

Eleven appeals were sent against these decisions, which were sent by SNSD, SP, SDS, DNS, PDP, the Coalition "Doboj in the Heart", the People's Movement "Banja Luka is Calling", and the Demos-First Serbian Democratic Party.

This confirms the decisions made by the Central Election Commission on January 21st.

A session of the CEC is now expected, at which a decision will be made on holding repeat elections in Srebrenica and Doboj, and early elections in Travnik.

The Central Election Commission of Bosnia and Herzegovina previously made a decision to annul the election results for 26 of the 28 polling stations for Srebrenica, as well as 89 out of a total of 108 polling stations in Doboj.
