The interrogation of the arrested persons for obstructing the investigation in the "Dženan Memić" case has been completed in the premises of the State Investigation and Protection Agency (SIPA), "Dnevni avaz" has learned.
This information was confirmed for "Avaz" by Nina Kisić, the lawyer of the arrested Mutap.
We remind you that SIPA members arrested Hasan Dupovac, former chief of Traffic Investigations Department of the Sarajevo Canton Ministry of the Interior, and Zijo Mutap, father of Alisa Mutap, Dženan's ex-girlfriend, who was with him on the night when he suffered fatal injuries in the Great Alley in Ilidža.
Dupovac was the head of the Traffic Investigation Department at the time when Dženan Memić was killed, but also the person who took the statement from Alisa Mutap, in the presence of her parents.
The arrests were made on the order of the Prosecutor's Office of B&H, and a search was conducted at two locations, in Ilidža and Stup.
Kisić told us that after questioning Mutap, a 24-hour police detention was ordered. This means that he will spend the night in SIPA,until tomorrow's proposal of the Prosecutor's Office of B&H.
- What I can say is that the interrogation in SIPA is over and that we will have more information during the day tomorrow. At this moment, we do not know what the Prosecution will ask for, more precisely what measures - says Kisić.
Asked whether Mutap defended himself with silence, Kisić said that it would be discussed later.
- We will find out everything after the decision is made by the Court - says Kisić.
