The Appellate Division of the Court of B&H rejected the lawyer's appeal against the decision of this judicial institution to extend the detention of Zijad Mutap and Hasan Dupovac, who are suspected of organized crime and aiding the perpetrator after the criminal act in the "Dženan Memić" case, for another two months, "Avaz" has learned. 

Mutap, father of Alisa Mutap, ex-girlfriend of the fatally injured young man Memić, with whom she was together in Great alley in Ilidža and Dupovac who at the time of the accident was head of the Traffic accident department of the SC Ministry of Interior, SIPA arrested a month and 10 days ago by order of the Prosecutor's Office.

We would like to remind you that their detention has been extended due to the danger that they could influence witnesses or conceal evidence while at large. In addition, the state prosecutor emphasized that there is a danger of disturbing the order and peace if the suspects are not ordered into custody.

The Prosecutor's Office of B&H announced the expansion of the investigation, and the appeal of Prosecutor Hasan Ćazimspahić was accepted, so their detention was extended on the grounds that there is a danger of disturbing law and order if the suspects are not remanded in custody.
