- I am really trying not to upset our public with any comments for a month now, in this third wave of the pandemic. Of course, we are all shocked by the behavior of higher levels of government. I testify that as a Canton, we have tried to get vaccines at 20 addresses, but in every place the wall was actually administrative because we are a lower level of government, and they tell us that they are waiting for the Federation of B&H and the state to address - Konaković pointed out.
