The Prosecutor's Office of B&H announced that in several media announcements, in the past few days, disinformation was published that some police agencies refused to implement the orders and requests of the Prosecutor's Office of B&H in the case of Mehmedagić Osman and others.

- In order to provide accurate and objective information, we inform the media and the public that no police agency has refused to act upon the request of the Prosecutor's Office of B&H, nor are there any possibilities prescribed by law for such refusal.

In the course of the investigation so far, the Prosecutor's Office of B&H has been cooperating very successfully with the State Investigation and Protection Agency (SIPA), the FBiH Tax Administration and the Sarajevo Canton Ministry of the Interior, and these institutions and agencies have successfully implemented all B&H Prosecutor's Office requests. We did not engage other police agencies in this case - the Prosecutor's Office of B&H announced.

They add that the Prosecutor's Office of B&H successfully cooperates with all police and security agencies, which resulted in a series of joint actions aimed at shedding light on war crimes, organized crime, economic crime and corruption, especially systemic corruption, and terrorism, human trafficking and other cases within the jurisdiction of the Prosecutor's Office of B&H.
