This morning, the Service for Foreigners Affairs of Bosnia and Herzegovina undertook operational activities aimed at controlling the movement and stay of migrants in the city of Bihać and relocating migrants from abandoned buildings from the Kombiteks location to the temporary reception center Lipa.
Inspectors of the Service for Foreigners Affairs, with the assistance of the USC MoI, Bihać police station, controlled the movement and stay of migrants at the location, where they found 42 men of Afghan origin. The Service for Foreigners Affairs relocated the mentioned migrants to the temporary reception center Lipa, where they were provided with medical assistance, their identification and registration, as well as accommodation, food and other non-food items.
During the conduct of these activities, an unaccompanied minor was found, of which the Center for Social Work was immediately informed in order to initiate procedures for determining guardianship and further accommodation and care, stated the Service for Foreigners Affairs of B&H.
