Member of the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina Šefik Džaferović will pay a visit to Brussels on Wednesday and Thursday, November 10 and 11, where he will meet with numerous European Union officials, confirmed for FENA the office of the B&H Presidency member.
The protocol of the visit envisages a meeting with the chairman of the informal Group of Friends of B&H in the European Parliament Klemen Grošelj from Slovenia and the shadow rapporteur for B&H on behalf of the Greens for the report for 2019-2020 Tineke Strik from the Netherlands.
On Thursday, November 11, Džaferović will have meetings with Dietmar Koster from Germany, the shadow rapporteur for B&H on behalf of the Social Democratic Party for the 2019-2020 report and Romeo Franz from Germany, Chairman of the Delegation of the European Parliament for Relations with B&H.
During the visit to Brussels, a meeting is scheduled with the Secretary-General of the European External Action Service (EEAS) Stefan Sannin, the head of the service in which the director for Western Europe, Western Balkans, Turkey and the United Kingdom Angelina Eichhorst is engaged in changing electoral legislation in B&H.
Džaferović will also meet with Nathalie Loiseau, chairwoman of the AFET Subcommittee on Security and Defense (SEDE) and vice-president of the Delegation for relations with the NATO Parliamentary Assembly, who is also France's former European affairs minister.
