Adnan Šerak was taken out of the Sarajevo Municipal Court, where the hearing was held, with a strong police escort. Šerak is suspected of criminal acts of robbery and unlawful deprivation of liberty.

We remind you that earlier in the day Adnan Šerak was brought from the Clinical Center of the University of Sarajevo to the Sarajevo Municipal Court under heavy security of the court police.

Šerak was taken out from the Court with the help of crutches and it was seen that his left leg was injured.

Immediately after his arrest, he was taken to the Clinical Center, and as we know, he received medical treatment for the bite of a large spider.

Šerak's defense lawyer Kerim Čelik said that there is no evidence that Šerak committed criminal acts of robbery and unlawful deprivation of liberty. The defense does not dispute that the criminal offense of causing minor injuries was committed, but they claim that it is not possible to determine who committed this criminal offense from the record of the witness hearing.
